Well we all know that Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23rd Birthday June 27th, which hasn’t been all that long ago really. I guess Lindsay Lohan had a party ending up wearing nothing but black panties and a bra.

I guess she was the talk of the town after words. Supposedly Lindsay Lohan nearly got nude and started jumping up and down on the beds screaming at the top of her lungs just for the hell of it. I don’t know. Maybe the star has lost her mind and is on a rampage with all the latest news on Lindsay Lohan.

She goes and posts her topless pictures on Twitter then gets paided the big bucks by MGM to have a her Birthday Bash, finds herself in a lawsuit over her Seven Nyne tan spray. And now these photos of her partying it up in sexy black panties on her birthday.

What is it Lindsay Lohan is doing with her life. I must say.. Keep at it though. All this gossip on the paparazzi movie star is keeping things happening around here.
